I missed more than 24 hours between Kundalini sessions, is this really critical?

I haven't done this for several years, but today I surprisingly forgot to do it and did it 26 hours later.

It would be okay if it were only two hours later than your usual time, especially for Kundalini Yoga. It is not like you missed a whole day or even 12 hours; two hours should make little to no difference.

I read from the High Priest on his Sermon about Planetary Squares that it takes 36 hours for a working's energies to fully dissipate. Since these are stricter workings that depend more on timing than Kundalini Yoga, you should be fine.

It is not that important. You did, and that's what matters here. As far as I know, taking a day off is sometimes recommended to allow energy fully manifest.

All you need is yourself, to meditate, and to heal your soul. The key to greatness is already in there. You don't need to be anyone else, but your own self. Live your life, exist and advance. Do your most beautiful work on your soul and life now.

If you want to climb in life, you will have to engage life and not complain about the rules.

Its ok, normally for a working, like with runes, it needs to be fed at least once every 36 hours in case.

Doesn't apply to Squares, and I'm unsure about Yoga.

Anyway, do every day a working like AoP, regardless.

The original poster's issue is not an issue whatsoever. There is still consistency in the practice. We are not robots, and rigid thinking does not help here.

You don't even need to do KY daily. You can do it a few times a week and still make progress. There is absolutely no need to do it daily, unless it's a specific kriya you are trying to get benefits from, and even then there's flexible room.

This is important: unless you are actively working with the Gods on raising your Serpent (and there will be NO DOUBT whatsoever about this), you do not have to worry about timings for KY. You can relax and have a more chill attitude. Do it when you want.

High Priestess Pythia mentioned though that once started KY or Hatha we shouldn’t let 24 hours pass by not doing them so the bioelectricity levels doesn’t drop or “Yo-yo effect” and bring depression or other side effects.

I think this is what the OP is concerned about. But I have to say he’s alright.

This is the targeted message.

Yes, for bioelectricity. But that can be compensated by doing some pranayama or a mantra.
