I don't know what to do here.

sat4run1 min to read

I am getting problems in being positive like If something negative happened with me then I become negative very quickly and then my mind also filled with all the suicidal thoughts and then I will start remembering all the past bad things also that makes me more negative.

And one more problem I'm getting that is I fail my exams 3 times and this time I'm giving 4th my exams and in earlier times I've given my best still I failed and I don't know what to do now. Like this time if I fail my parents really force me to leave my education and I don't want to leave my education. I do want to study but I am getting problems that if I did this then I'll pass because I tried what I can do still I didn't able to pass.

I know exactly how you feel. When I was in Uni I felt as though if I failed my parents would kick me out of the house so there was a palpable amount of tension and stress whenever tests came about.

Before I would study I would always train physically. It is proven that there are enzymes the brain gives off that help with attention and memory. You cannot deplete yourself here though. The sweet spot is about 45 minutes for those accustomed to working out, and if your not then I would recommend getting in the routine. Maybe a light workout, or cardio, with yoga after. Trust me it works. The amount of stress I was under would have broken me if I did not spend over 2 hours in the gym when in college. It would have been absolutely impossible.

Please take it easy with yourself. It sounds like you're being overly hard on yourself.

Have you started meditating yet? It would be good to start with Awareness Meditations on the ToZ to start building awareness and concentration. It will make you conscious of your thoughts and you will realise that those suicidal and negative thoughts are NOT YOU. It's clutter to be cleared out of your mind, not who you are. In addition to that the increased capability to focus will help you with your studies.

In addition to that I recommend taking time and attention to deeply clean your chakras and aura, as instructed in the ToZ meditation section. These will clear the negativity and dross out of your soul.

Yellow colour "can be used for passing exams, improving the mind, for deeper concentration, mental power, learning ability", as stated in the page about The Magickal Properties of Color.

This is the targeted message.

I recommend yoga vey much, that's what helped me the most during the time I was very depressed. Specially if you are new, doing daily meditation like aura cleaning and Aop and chakra works is also very important but it takes time patience and consistency to build up a strong and clean aura, which helps in clearing away negative thoughts.

Though I was doing daily meditation before doesnt mean the depression went away immediately, it needs time and consistency to built up a good foundation, the negative thoughts we're still persistent but doing yoga was a great practice to immediately feel good and clear away negative thoughts. It makes me feel accomplished and productive. From time to time I'd suddenly feel down again and depressed, so I'll force myseld to move,do yoga, workout, jogging, dance, anything that makes my body move a lot, and it made realise the more I laze, sit and do nothing the more those negative energies will accumulate in me. Move your body it will also help relax your mind and make it easier to focus on meditation.

Yes you are right because of studies I used to sit all the time, thankyou for this ✨

"The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way." - Marcus Aurelius

Negative things will continue to happen to you, just as they happen to me. It's not about escaping negativity, but accepting that we must manage it. I want you to try something: the next time something negative happens to you, laugh. Laugh at the situation, circumstance, or person. Be lighthearted when these things come around, as if they are a necessary catalyst for your character development. Expect life to give you what's bitter and sweet, and take both of them with modesty and temperance.

As for your exam, perhaps you're studying the wrong way. Change up how you study and try again. You can also use runes like Mannaz, Kenaz, and Ansuz for intelligence and memory. Mercury goes direct today and the moon moves into Sagittarius, making it a good opportunity to do a working for school.

Okay I try that thing but who is mannaz kenaz and ansuz . I wanna know about more . What is the meaning of mercury goes direct today and moon moves into Sagittarius.

Salve! Learn from the experience of those three failed exams and develop an effective study strategy. One effective approach is to avoid giving your mind time to dwell on negativity. Instead on focusing on the nagative experiences of the past, it is far more beneficial to think about the future (in my opinion), your dreams, aspirations and goals that would bring you happiness and help you to become the person you truly want to be.

Hi sat4run, welcome to the temple of Zeus. I am sorry t hear school has been tough and life's got you a bit down lately.

As for your studies, I know that every school offers help with tutoring ,and you can talk to your instructor about issues you are having learning the material. Success in school typically comes down to the effort you put in, lets be 100% transparent here. They should be able to help guide you in this. If the school needs to test for and accommodate for learning disabilities, they will.

Life is stressful and challenging a times, for anyone, that means you are alive! Part of maturing is learning how to manage your emotions and fortify yourself...no one can do this for you. The temple of Zeus is a great place to further this as well!

If you havent already, click the lightening bolt icon, at top of this forum page, and Visit the temple of Zeus homepage, where there is ample materials on meditation, yoga and information for beginners. If you have any questions at all on how to get started , please let us know!

If you're feeling suicidal and have issues managing your thoughts, I highly recommend seeking professional help.

The community can only provide advice and assistance in the same way any social community can, but we're not professional therapists.

That being said, one way I know is helpful in removing extremely negative thoughts permanently is to do the Yehuborim prayer daily for a period of time, followed by the Theophoros prayer. Other prayers also help the mind in more specific ways, and they are extremely powerful. This is because many extreme negative thoughts are the by-product of a mind affected by Izfet.

I encourage you to explore this practice alongside professional treatment, because many approved psychotherapy treatment help you understand how your mind and emotions work and give you practical tools to manage both successfully.

When you clean your aura and chakra, make sure you're firm on the intent that you're purifying your mind and emotions as well. Intent is, in fact, very important in gaining the best benefit out of any endeavour in life, both spiritual and material.

One thing I can recommend is to become gradually aware of when the slippery slope in your mind starts. Once you're conscious is happening, you can stop it, which is also a skill that is learned over time, with practice. You stop it by redirecting your attention on something that calms your thought, like the aforementioned prayers, a slow breathing exercise of your choice (some practitioner advise a longer exhale compare to the inhale and the preceding hold), the Anchor Meditation.

Regarding your studies, have you tried speaking to others about how it's going? Have you tried joining a study group, instead of working on them by yourself? Engaging with others can help you understand things from a different perspective, and expose you to new methods of doing things. Not to mention, often collaborative learning is more effective in truly internalising knowledge, and it can expose you to blind spots both in your study techniques and your approach to exams. So, it's worth considering this advice if you have been isolating yourself and studying alone.

Before going, I want to include some sources you may want to read to help you better manage your mind and emotions, from a Zevist point of view:

Hope this helps!
