Hey so i have an exam tomorrow which i really need to pass. I've studied real hard but i have a problem with anxiety... so can anyone tell me some good and effective Zevist breathing or meditation techniques to really calm my mind and increase focus. They gives us 30 minutes to just sit and relax before the exam begins so i can do it during that time.

You could try anti-anxiety meditation posted by High Priestess.
May your exam go smoothly 🙏

Inhale 4 seconds
Hold 4 seconds
Exhale 6 seconds.

Diaphragmatically breathe as you do this (belly breathing) its a simple but effective breathing exercise for calming down.

There are more advanced things but you are still quite new so I dont think I should recommend them to you just yet, but this should help.

Hello!

This simple meditation technique helps me ground and be above hardships and emotions, it could be useful to you too.

Try and feel the connection between you and your Guardian Daimon (doesn't matter if you don't know who They are, pray to them and know They hear you) and speak your mind, or just try to strengthen the bond while letting your intentions be known, to help you overcome anxiety :)

State Mental affirmations before bed, when you wake up, and during the exam with strong intent!

"I am fully confident in my studies and I am acing this Exam."

or

"This exam is not causing me any anxiety."

Adjust according to what you feel is the best!

Very important, don't feed negative emotions, try and be above them. Ignore them, be present in the material! Not in the mental!

I am saying this because Anxiety is mostly the fruit of overthinking.

Of course, uncertainty can be a factor.

But you can do this, you studied well and this exam will be easy for you. Do your best and you will see that there is no real obstacle :)

Breathing exercises. You can use this method. Breathe in for six seconds, hold your breath for six seconds, and breathe out for six seconds. Repeat for a few cycles.

This naturally calms the nervous system. Anxiety when faced with something new is normal.
