I can't access the website

Somehow I can't access the website, for example, this one : http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... LATRY.html
Is it the website going down ? or it's just my connection problem ?|

I think the main website is pretty stable but a lot of the. Links are trouble.. links don't always work for me and I wish someone could fix it
