Difficulty Accessing the TOZ website and Rituals

Hello Everyone

I kindly ask for your help with accessing the TOZ website or the https://josafrica.com.

Since yesterday I have not been able to access these websites can I please get advice on how I can gain access to them or at the very least a PDF download of the Zeus ritual since today is the last day. Whenever I try opening them on my laptop or phone it shows that the Origin is unreachable (Code 523).

Has something changed with the website?
Do I now need a VPN to access the website?
Is there some kind of restriction now when it come to certain areas?
