I am not sure! Please help!

I have been praying with runes(FUTHARK)! and its been 4 days continuously and today after repeating 5 runes i got so dizzy but i felt this brilliant energy that was either going to take me away from my body and i felt very nauseated! is that dangerous? am i doing any thing wrong! after that i had to stop and lay down and eat some thing! PLEASE HELP...i AM not sure whats going on!

OHH also i think they are really working!! i feel extream energy that i couldn't handle!

Are you dedicated? As in did you dedicate yourself to Satan? Many of the meditations and exercises on JoS can be very intense especially if you aren't dedicated to satan in the first place! If dedicated then split the days and see if the intense feeling becomes less overpowering.

You are not doing anything wrong, but maybe you weren't aware of the serious effects of working with runes (and squares for that matter). It is very powerful. If you aren't prepared for this, then cut down or stop completely and wait until you're more advanced by having done more power meditations, yoga etc.

yes i have dedicated my self to father! its has been almost 5 months now! i think you r right because i been trying to do ritual to father and thanks giving to father almost every day. I haven't been doing yoga. now that i think of it I Have lost my apatite and haven't had any thing to eat in couple of days may be thats why i felt sick because they were so powerful! Thanks for your advise!
