Why it was a test/idea, when I could get the breathing rhythm right it did a nature keagle exercise pulling up the abs up into the solar plexus. Its easier to do standing still, didn't get great results with it, due to poor technique. Its a lower priority (I'll play with it some more) can't seem to sustain the rhythm for more than short burst. Potentially it could be a great way to draw energy into the solar chakra and work the core. Trial and error.
