How to perform Satanic meditation and rituals in college?

I'm sorry if it is preferred that I post this in the teens group but I wasn't quite sure. I recently started my first year of university and for the most part am having wonderful time (which includes educating quite a few people about Satan) I have however encountered a few roadblocks that I feel could be handled with the use of witchcraft. I had no issue with this while I was at home. No one batted an eye if a poppet showed up in the secluded area near my home. Not so much the case here on this small California campus of mine. I really need to bind someone (I mean desperately) along with attempt to summon a demon again (even though I still doubt I'm capable of it) but with a roommate and noisy living situations I don't think it's possible.    That's where my question lies. Does anyone have any tips for going about this? Sure it was tough doing rituals in my home with a devout methodist mother but I made due. Now I have to worry about roommates barging in every second of the day and random drunk college kids at night. Not to mention candles and incense are very much banned in my dorm. I'm starting to think I'm out of luck.

Candles are easy to hide, buy a couple (unscented) candles and hide them, you can even put them in your vent. Actually, scratch the vent idea, it's starting to get cold so the heat from the vents will melt the candles lol. But there are lots of places to hide a couple of fairly small candles. 
Lock the door, and bar it with a chair or something to perform such rituals. Do you share a room with someone?You could also go into the bathroom, turn the shower on, and perform your ritual then, while the shower is running. No, it's not preferable, but at least then people won't question why you want privacy

I think you know what to do.Go somewhere else.Leave the candles and props behind.Go in your car.At a park in your car.Get some sound muffs to go with it.

Also, if there are woods nearby go into them a good ways (don't get lost lol). It's getting colder so the bugs shouldn't be that bad and I must say when I did an RTR in my backyard one day it was AMAZING!!! Something about being outside got me in the zone, it felt good.
