How to meditate successfully.

I does not have quiet place for meditation and sometimes my my mind is out of focus (I have strong, focused mind but not everyday and all the time, as everyone does not have all the time) that is why l installed apps with sound of nature when l am reading occult books. And to keep myself in the right mood when studying this books. But for breathing exercises the pranayamas souch as Lucifers Grail and others ones http://www.thefitindian.com/5-most-effective-pranayamas-basic-deep-breathing-exercises/
I am using this app with melodies 10minutes long melodies.  So I am doing each breathing exercise 10 minutes!And my mind is not more distracted with unnecessary sounds while doing breathing exercises or other non vibrating meditation.And it is actually joyful because l am enjoying spending 40min a day for only breathing exercises. For meditations twin serpents, blue light and so on l am using melodies 5 minutes long.
