There is no need for extra material to be public. You can just read the rune page or forum posts and replies, and you'll have everything necessary.

You can literally have results even with the foundation meditation, or just raising energy in any way, even with yoga, then programming it and directing it.

It's all about personal power and the application of such power. Wisdom and knowledge also play a part, by understand how to act in your life to get the money yoi want and actually applying that understanding, as one wouldn't expect money to grow on trees or magically appear in an envolope on your bedsheets.
