how to heal my mental illness?

Im not mentally health. I have a problem where i put grey energy on myself even if i dont want to do it. How to heal this?

I'm sorry, this will sound so cheesy. But you just have to stop it! you're the one who controls you! it's YOUR energy, so just make it white-gold or whatever you want it to be.
