How to fully get rid of anemia?

I posted this on the forums, but decided to post it here too, to get different opinions and suggestions.

I found out today that I have had anemia my whole life and I wanted to ask you what should I exactly do to fully get rid of it?

Just eating foods rich in iron won't fully fix the problem, it can only fix it for some time being.

Should I avoid P.E.? What else should I avoid?

P. S. I know that this is ruled by Neptune, so the only good square would be The Sun Square.

Is this iron deficient anemia? Pernicious anemia?

Or some other form?

Iron deficient anemia. Basically, my reserves are empty.

Ok.. So what suggests that eating iron rich foods will not help or cure this in the long term?

Doctors I went to say that, but I'll do my best to eat foods rich in iron nevertheless.
