How to close hand chakras and clear mental barriers

My hands have been surging energy and hurting since I did the power meditations and became obsessed with telekinesis like 6-7 years ago and while it also gave me the ability to conquer a seemingly impossible OCD lighting fast it was just replaced with another one.  All I wish is to clear the mental blockage that seems to go along with the pain and anxiety and live a normal life but I need some insight and help from an expert please I should of asked this years ago.  I feel like all my energy is draining out of my hands and can not keep myself composed or have any sort of peace ever.
