How Does The Law Of Attraction Tie Into Satanism?

Over the past few years, there's been a lot of hype about The Law Of Attraction because of the movie and book "The Secret." The law that states, "whatever you think about and focus on in your mind, you attract into your life." They also say, "By thinking about your goals, you will achieve them because the universe will bend over backwards to bring people, circumstances and events in your life to help you reach your goals." Lots of people took the information and ran with it. I learned about the whole thing through Napoleon Hill. Teachers of The Law Of Attraction will tell you that this one single thing is the way to get what you really want or don't want in your life.

I believe strongly in The Law Of Attraction. I've been on a search for spiritual truth for about a year now, and I believe that very same Law is what brought me to this group and to joyofsatan.org. However, I believe there's a lot more to it than what they tell you about it. If spiritual knowledge/power was just about using The Law Of Attraction, I don't think the people in power (the same people that hide Spiritual Satanism from us) would allow that information to become mainstream like "The Secret" has become. OR, do they not care that people know about this information, especially since their minds are so polluted from TV, Music, etc., for them to even use The Law Of Attraction properly?

When I started reading JOS, a lot of the spiritual knowledge I've been looking into all started making sense. The Magick, Witchcraft, Meditations, Yoga, Kundalini Awakening, etc. I feel that these are all things that the people in power have kept a secret from us, but as spiritual Satanist, we have access to this knowledge. But I want to know how does all of this tie into Law Of Attraction?

<td val[/IMG]I've recently been looking into the same thing and I'm beginning to understand it more. I won't go into bragging details but some of the events that are currently happening in my life are caused by me joining this group. Anyway, there are many aspects of spirituality, such as what you mentioned. The law of attraction works in various possible ways but the way that I understand how it works is that your conciousness is like a seed maker and when you want something to happen your mind plants this seed into reality and this seed grows over time. Again it all depends on what you want, a big plan or little plan (or whatever you want to call it.) So when you set this "dream seed" I'll call it, it'll grow into something real using all the forces of the universe. So if you dream of something happening, and then suddenly something changes shortly afterwards, it's most likely working in your favor to make this dream come true. And the more you want this to happen the more you nurture this "dream" to come true.   However, there's always a downside of everything. Such as, if someone else has a dream they want to have come true, this could conflict with your dreams. This is basically where wars start to begin. The thing is, the person that's more likely to win the dream war is 1) The person that set their dream out first. 2) The person that's more ambicious to win their dream. And 3) The person that has more knowledge, power, and control. Although, I believe that even against all odds, that the weaker yet more ambicious one can beat the stronger minded one. Follow me?   I've been working with what you call Law of Attraction for quite a while now. In fact, I believe that I have had workings with it my whole life. Just last year I decided to call myself the Dream Angler because of my workings with what you call Law of Attraction. I call it Dream Angling because dreams aren't always easy to catch, just like fish, the bigger the fish the harder to catch. Anyway, just some food for thought here. Any more questions?
