how does red protect against psychic attack?

i was looking though this https://www.satanisgod.org/www.angelfire.com/empire/serpentis666/Color.html and it says red protects against psychic attack. i wanted to know how it does this and if its safe. how do i do it and where on the soul? is it like the foundation meditation or aura of protection? do i take it in or evoke it?

The color red does this by strengthening your mind against these things. Red is in a way a color that incites willpower in a combative sense. Psychic attacks are attacks on your mind, as such having a mind that is strongly geared against these things will protect you from them. That's the simplified version. A watery mind, on the flipside, would be very open and vulnerable to psychic attacks.

You can combine it with the Thurisaz rune, which is also connected to Mars which is the planet that rules the red color. In the past I have done a working like this, in combination with a hematite stone that I drew a red thurisaz rune on. I vibrated 33x Thurisaz while holding the stone and visualizing a red protective aura around me, and then stated a corresponding affirmation for protection. The hematite stone here is an optional prop that can help your focus. You can do this without it if you prefer.
