How far back does the History of the Gods go on Earth?

I usually take these self-proclaimed psychics with a grain of salt, but this one described things about me which would be impossible to know without speaking to me in-person.

I asked them to check how old my soul was, and they said "from the old Gods' primordial era".

Which got me wondering how far back does their influence actually go?

I've seen lots of random numbers on here from 10,000 to 50,000 years ago.
