How do you know when you're ready?

I just started studying the information on Joy of Satan.org 2 days ago, and I have to say, I'm fascinated. A lot of what I'm reading really makes sense right away.
The thing is...a part of me feels deeply connected and drawn to Satan. A part of me feels a deep love and appreciation for him. Like a I already know him, and have been close to him all along. I never really believed in Satan but have always been very spiritual and a strong believer in God. It seems more and more that that God has a name. Satan. That it's always been him. ..and as I read the information on the website, I can almost feel his love washing over me. Here's my question. While the thought of giving myself over to Satan is exhilarating, I'm not really sure I'm ready. How do I know for sure that it's time? How did you know?

Funny, that's exactly how I myself felt! Lol. I never gave Satan a
thought, and then suddenly I became intensely interested in him. I
found the Jos site right off, and the rest, as they say,
is history! As far as when you'll be ready, you'll just know. I
know that sounds lame, but its true. I first read the Jos site
thoroughly, as well as looking at other Satanic
websites, before I dedicated my soul to Father Satan. It's
very personal, though; everyone's different, and when the
time is right you will know. Hail Father Satan!

That's what i'm doing right now b4 the dedication ritual 2 weeks later.. to prove that xtianism is just a nonsense story..

Here is my suggestion, if you are not ready, then wait. As said before by a member, you will know when you are ready. If you are not feeling comfortable with dedicating just of yet, then maybe dig deeper into the JoS, learn more about father. Read the various experiences other Spiritual Satanists have posted up. Once you are comfortable and understand how serious this is, you can proceed. Plan your dedication ahead.
