How do you guys enter trance at will?

Yes. After a point it is possible. But you have to train it regularly.

To get into trance you use techniques which you like from ToZ, and you will notice that it works when you actually will think that it is not working. It’s very subtle in beginning stages.

And when you will start experience it just a little more often in these days you can try to do it just anywhere and already get some results.

Key is to make falling sensation imagined in your senses, which force unconscious relaxation.

So if you are practicing trance. While walking somewhere or standing, even between people you can try this:

Force will upon the surface where your feet touches and pushes ground, that the pressure on your feet from the ground IS the pressure and friction of fast speed falling, like you would be falling and the air would be blowing to your feet so hard from fall, that it is almost the same like the pressure of you standing upon floors. Keep this sensation and feel it with all your body.

Practice first this in your meditations falling friction air sensation wherever your body is touching the surface of the ground, bed or a chair, this will force your body to relax and the sensation of falling will lower your brain waves and will open light trance.

Strong will is needed, fire dominant will reap benefits fast. For example this technique for me works at the same moment, you can notice that it works, when from this you start to feel your energy and your Soul, instead of just five senses.

Then just continue sensation and relaxing it deepens as you go.

This trick alters your senses from normal waking, to your inner side and expands into your aura, from here you can observe others and etc.

To boost it, at the same time of this practice add blue colour and sink your being in it, this invokes trance as well, you just can feel yourself falling in blue color and from falling intensity feel blue colour in sync with the fall, intensifying and hardening inward to your senses, you may not only start feeling things but also the visuals can appear with the eyes open, more vivid colors, smoother animation of reality, more effortless stepping into Astral dimension while waking.
 
This is like activating a muscle, especially a muscle most people can't activate by default, for example to be able to move the ears. Once you get a hang of it, you'll be able to do it. except this is activating a state of mind instead of a muscle.

Relaxing your muscles, correct breathing, and entering a trance are like 3 in 1.
 
In elementary school, I read a book extremely focused and unaware of what others were doing while the whole class was jumping and screaming. Somewhere along the way, we forget what comes naturally for us, and then we have to work hard to unlearn unnecessary things and burdens to do what comes naturally to us. Relax your mind, focus, be there without being there. That is it.
 
For trance, is a muscle yes. the more you do it in a more consistent manner the more you will be faster and go into the depths of your mind

Relaxing your muscles, correct breathing, and entering a trance are like 3 in 1.
This + shutdown brain activity or at least slow it down, a hyper active brain and rigidity will create sabotage.

Increasing the time of each part of the exercise will be extremely helpful. Take your time.
