just make up the directions,in my east is the divine gates which usually i invoke demons,the west is a pool for cleansing n meditation,n that the detail ill give,for others can invade by these kind of information,its best to not tell anybody the description of ur astral temple,n if u wanted too,keep it vague. also u can CREATE ANYTHING THERE!but i highly against u creating a person that were in ur life,for obvious reason,u can create an ideal lover,BUT MAKE SURE IT NOT SOMEBODY WHO ARE REAL.OR ELSE the INTERACTION N OPINION OF THE INDIVIDUAL WILL BE MANIFESTED IN UR MIND!N how U CAN BE SURE IT NOT THE DREAM BODY OF THE PERSON?I MEAN WHO KNEW?just think how ur crush will react when he having wet dreams of u,lol. ur astral temple is ur tiny litle world created by u in the astral plane.the more energy spent on it,like a thoughtform,the more reality it has.but it not a thoughtform,but a part of ur mind.other than orgasm,any form of energy empowerment work,but the orgasm being he strongest.coz as far i go cant find anything more easier n fun to do to raise energy,lol XP(blush)
