Nothing is holding Satan or any Demon/ess at bay. Your GD will reveal him or her self when the time is right. Until then, focus on daily power meditation.
If you need help, then talk to Satan through either a ritual or by picturing his sigil in your head and talk to him.

If you really need to know who your GD is, then you can try to find out through either a pendulum or an oujia board.
Read and study JoS.

Congratulations on doing the dedication.

Clean your aura and chakras multiple times a day and definitely on waking or going to bed. Do your aura of protection multiple times a day, too.

Tell the xians and others in your life nothing of any of this. It's only inviting trouble.

Remember, too, those weak entities are powerless, compared to you and your GD. Know this. Laugh at them as much as you ignore them.

You need your chakras and astral senses opened and empowered in order to sense and to communicate with the Demon/ess you summon. Also, do not summon one just to try it. They are all extremely busy.
