How can one tell...

I was reading about "How to Recognize a Yehubor" and it said something like Yehuborim are mixed in every gentile race: white, black and Asian.
I'm curious, how can one tell if blacks and Asians are Yehuborim? The pages I read were talking about Yehuborim mixing in with whites...what about blacks and Asians? 
I wish there was an explanation about blacks and Asians that are Yehuborim.
