2. Build a very powerful Aura of protection. Don’t skip single day. Because your condition is very spiritually critical.

3. Spin your chakras and meditate on them focusing on cleaning them.

4. The lower chakras are the ones that govern Survival, escpecially the Base chakra, So empower and clean your base chakra. Physcal exercise helps with these too. Move your body, keep it in motion.

5. Get Closer to the gods and their Leader Satan. They help alot. Talk to them.
