And now the shocking part:
From February this year I noticed that my third eye is active on it’s own.  As is right now. I can feel it all the time but I noticed that ida and pingala started moving in my body.Las time about a week ako the right temple on my skull was ruptured by the right side of nadi. Is this ida or pingala? And I even can feel tingling sensation on my face just like in the shape of a heart.  And the intesting fact is that I am not doing any ida and pingala meditations it is happening on it own.  Maybe kundalini is doing something.

"The Heart chakra is in the head,not in the chest", that quote from Pythia´s post is really confusing for me. Maybe she refered to the form that the Ida and Pingala forms when united.

And l was wondering why I feel tingling on my face and on my nose. For now only the right side l can feel.  And the third eye is constantly active.  I am not even trying to meditate on it. It only take to focus and in second here it is. But even without focusing.  When I read the third eye become active. Even when l playing games sometimes (to keep my mind sharp).

Or Maybe that the left side of brain is corresponding with pozitive chakras and the right one with negative. So then pineal gland,  which is in the middle is neutral and corresponding with heart chakra?
