You said you saw the page where this is explained to you. This is the method, what is wrong with this one?
There are more advanced methods you can create yourself, adding ritual, runes, sigils, elements, etc. But at the core of it is the basic, progaming your aura (or energy) to attract whomever it is you wish to attract.

The basics are the basis of all the workings/practices. It is good to learn them and master them. Mastering them, is the first step to mastering the advanced.
