Hi, Im working on chants for my chakra tuning. When you finally get
used to it and figure out the right sounds for your body... it becomes
one big hum and its a really nice thing to meditate with. I find that
Im able to concentrate on the peace of stillness and "nothing"... and
it's really relaxing.
