Helping a loved one in prison

Hello everyone. I am looking for some advice on how to help someone I really care about who is close to me, that is going to be spending a long time in prison. This person was already suffering a lot before they went to prison with mental health problems, depression, suicide attemps. Their moon is badly afflicted in their astrology chart, with tight degree oppositions from saturn, mars and other planets.

Does anyone know of any ways I can protect them and also heal them? I want to give them some happiness and heal their pain and keep them protected. Any advice and suggestions on spells or workings I can do is welcome and much appreciated. Thank you.

I'm really sorry that you have to endure this, sister. That's gotta be
awful. As to your actual question...well, this may sound like an
overly simple solution, but why not just put an aura of protection
around them? That's probably one of the easiest things you can do.
Also, use the Algiz rune, that's really good for protection. You can
vibrate Algiz into your loved one's aura, or just do a separate
working with the rune itself. Also, though I've never used it myself,
one of our brothers/sisters was saying on here that the rune Berkano
is good for protection. I confess, I've not actually heard of that
rune, but I'm sure it's on the site. There are a lot of runes, and I
sadly cannot remember them all. Lol. Offhand, at present, that's all I
can think of to advise you. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. Mental
illness on the part of the imprisoned of course exaserbates
everything, so...yeah. Ugh! i feel for you! Big hugs to you, my

Thank you Allison. So do I just simply vibrate the rune and visualize the energy going into them? Sorry it's just that the website only explains how to use runes on yourself, not on another person. I appreciate your help and kind words **hugs**.
