Hello dear brother/sister,
As from last year I thought that medical approach is the only way out of my anxiety until i started taking them on daily basis. During that time what i thought is my kryptonite was people, i couldn't even look at them without having that overwhelming fear.
The pills i took aggravated my condition thus i wasn't able to leave my room, in addition to my carelesness at time and being lazy which the meds just amplified.I missed too many opportunities that could have changed my life or even at least made me feel a bit better.
The meds would only drug you, that it would feel different but in reality it isn't.
Now that I'm off meds i realized all needed is to relax and meditate.I really regret every and each minute i throw off the window being drugged and fearful.

As long as the gods with you you should relax and look through life without stressing it out.
