Hello brothers and sisters, hope you can help me out with this..

I have a soft diarrea, my tongue is pretty white in the middle of it, acid often makes my throat burn.
it started with a white tongue like 3 years ago but I thought it was normal, now I know this isnt normal and I need to heal myself.. I think the problem is my intestine.

Pasta everyday? Pasta is supposed to be eaten twice a week, three times at most. Eating it everyday it's a bad habit most Italians have. Either way I don't think it's related to the problem you're talking about, since pasta is broken down by your liver.

all Italians eat pasta everyday and many are in great health(those who care about their health) I think pasta we have here and the pasta you have there is pretty different.

Where do you eat, work or school? If it is, have a snack and take it to lunchtime.
Replace red meat with white meat, vegetables have to be well washed in running water and well cooked.

Mineral water as fast as possible.

Stop eating so much spaghetti! And make fruit juice straight from the fruit not bought in "100% natural"

You also should include probiotics into your diet. It is said that disease begins in the gut and that a strong and healthy digestive system, prevents all that ails a person. People have healed all kinds of digestive diseases from drinking Kefir ( a fermented dairy product) and other fermented and probiotic rich foods. It inoculates the gut with healthy microbiota, means it, outs it into balance and detoxifies the body.
It really is healing.

What you are experiencing is an accumulation of dampness.

You need to very carefully consider what you eat henceforth and for a significant period of time since dampness is heavy, sticky and difficult to move.

Fruit juices and raw fruit *will* contribute to dampness. Cooked fruit less so and the addition of warming pungent spices even less so again (cinnamon etc.)

Consider your meals as physical product which your body must break down like fire has to melt ice into steam.. The greater the amount you eat at any given time, the harder this is and the higher the likliehood that it will just get turned to water. After a while, when many meals have been turned to water the water ceases to flow and becomes still and turbid... Hence the dampness accumulation.

Pungent spicy foods (cinnamon, cayenne pepper, chilli (moderate amounts), cumin, fennel seeds) can help to move the damp and foods which direct downwards can also be useful: corn, black coffee (from beans, no sugar, no milk), bitter melon.

Anything raw or refrigerated will contribute to and worsen your condition as it obstructs the fire which is trying to evaporate the ice... Warmer natured foods are like pre melted ice which is easier to steam.

Smaller meals more frequently may also assist in giving your body a break in having to digest large amounts of food this allowing it to move some of the dead water in between.

Probiotics and fermented foods are very drying and can assist in drying the dampness.

There? I'm in Italy, mate. Born and raised. So we have the same pasta. Don't get flared up, there's no need.

If you keep eating all that pasta, you will deteriorate your liver. The liver is the organ responsible for breaking down carbohydrates. If you harrass it with too much of them, especially with the complex carbohydrates contain in regular pasta (white pasta), you will damage it over time. The results are manifested in most people during old age.
Also, I advice not eating pasta at dinner, since the liver's job at night is to purify your organism from toxins. If you eat something with complex carbohydrates (pasta, white bread or pizza for example) at night, it will start breaking down carbohydrates, instead of relieving your organism from toxins, because it can't process both tasks at the same time.
You should consider that most dietary planes are pushed by Jewish people, even the common meal patterns that have become "traditional" in the last century.
You can choose to eat more fruits and vegetable, as they are easier on your liver and contain a lot more nutrients. Pasta is very poor in nutrients other than complex carbohydrates. And, yes, there re carbohydrates in fruit and vegetables, but they are raw and are digested much more quickly and easily.

Unfortunately the raw food idea is also another corruption.

The Chinese have recognised for a few thousand years now that raw food is more difficult to digest than cooked food.

The science is fairly simple - colder bonds equal stronger bonds (chemical bonds) which are harder to break than warm bonds as there is less energy in a cold bond so the energy required to add into the equation is much higher when food is cold.

Additionally, most human digestive and other enzymes operate best at the bodies' nominal temperature of 36.5 degrees and anything which reduces that temperature even locally reduces the actions of those enzymes exponentially.

Furthermore, the liver's role in carbohydrate metabolism is in storing excess glucose as glycogen and releasing it when glucose blood levels are lower.

Every cell in the human body participates in breaking down carbohydrates, simply because it is the most used and available source of bodily energy.

Together with WAUNYO, you can also do use the Virgo mantra and/or do a Mercury square, as Virgo rules is associated to all problems with the intestines and the digestion. Mercury rules Virgo.
A good time to start the working would be with the moon in Virgo (for WAUNYO and the Virgo mantra). The moon waning will be in Virgo starting December 21st at 6:51PM (Italian time).
You can also use that date to get rid of any illness, disease and any health abnormalities, as Lydia says in the following post made yet for another day when there was a waning moon in Virgo [Oct 26th]:http://josministries.prophpbb.com/post8 ... lth#p84060

Zodiac Mantras: Zodiac Mantras (For those who are interested) : JoyofSatan666   A good time to start a Mercury square would be Wed Feb 8th, as Mercury will be in its exalted sign of Aquarius. If you want to start it earlier, I would recommend at least waiting until it exits Sagittarius (its fall) and enters Capricorn, which will happen this Saturday. At least, wait until Wednesday, though.
Starting a magickal square when the planet is not in its home or exaltation, will still have effect, but it will be weaker compared to starting it when the planet is in its home or exaltation. Also remember that Mercury will be retrograde from December 19th to January 7th included.
 These are my two cents.

Since dampness appears to be the problem then you definitely might want to keep away from dairy and "heavy" foods. Probiotics and fermented foood are good for you when you have the proper health conditions. I have met some people who have digestive issues without the dampness and do very well on Fermented foods and probiotics. Heals the gut.
TCM is not my strong point but the spices are definitely a very healing addition to your food. I also read of certain breathing exercises that increase the yang energy..and some have mentioned invoking the element of fire to relieve this.
Bitters are also good for the digestive system as well as broths and stocks with the added herbs. The broth has gelatin which soothes the lining of the digestive tract.
Did you actually go the doctor to get further insight?

Thank you very much brothers and sisters..
@stardust Didn't know you were italian, I will listen to your advice brother!:)
@centralforce Thank you so much brother!!:)
@shannonoutlaw I will look into the tibetan breaths, I went to the doctor a lot of time ago, he told me i had gastritis, told me to use medicines which never had any effect.

Do you have any sources for pasta being detrimental long term? I've never heard of that, and would love to read more into it

Bananas are probably the worst offenders as they are heavy and damp in nature.

If you still want to eat them, cook them and add cinnamon and or ginger to them.

Soy is another story... I certainly wouldn't eat it raw.

I have a quick question. All fruits and vegetables should be cooked before eating them? If they're dried, is that better than raw?

Well that's great, I will soon have holidays and I was planning to do a complete fast (only water) for some days, would that heal dampness too?

Fasting is generally not altogether that healthy and there is no guarantee the dampness will move as a result as you deprive your body of qi from food during this time and qi is required to break up and move the damp.

Consuming water with cayenne pepper in it however, rather than just water only may help to dislodged and dissolve the damp more effectively.

As for fasting I was told that the body needs to adapt to not eating at al.. so include an eating pattern that decreases before you start and one that increases after you finish. Also was said that you could lack minerals, so in that case you could try drinking different varieties of herbal tea. Of course tea would be warm so considering the cold story earlier told it should be somewhat less problematic.

I just want to add my personal experience. I have seen several people with digestive, belly, stomach problems. Most of them live "under pressure", or they have many responsibilities on their back, so they need to use very often they 3rd chakra and 2nd chakra, to mantain their power status and/or to impose their will and power to others. Some of them might be in lower social positions but they have pressures on their will coming from others (a group, a person, etc. with the opposite will). I also linked this to very dry skin - I observed this happens too whan under heavy pressure. I have a friend that is involved in medical profession and I have been informed about those occurrencies. Italy is very built on this kind of behaviour, constantly trying to impose own will to other people. This causes 3rd/2nd chakra to clash very often, and energies - every person has some levels of energy - to collide and annichilate each other, so that, when a chakra is deprived of energy and/or needs too much extra work to simply live in the world, this may affect the related organs, so that belly/stomach/digestive systems may be affected as they are controlled by 3rd/2nd chakra. I am sure there are many phisycal reasons, also many remedies and cures, but in my own experience I learned not to underestimate spiritual causes (most likely ego clash) so that many people who have heavy loads on ther backs suffer from this kind of problems. @ Gerecht Ror Interesting. However not totally surprising the skin issues as the skin/bowel system and lungs are connected..
