Help with Depression & Runes

I need some help with all the depression and low self esteem.I was thinking of using runes to help with this, but I don't really know how to. Can anyone give me a little help on how to? like, while meditating should I visualize a specific color/light around myself. and how exactly should I do affirmations combined with runes? Like the Wunjo rune, its number is 8 - should I say affirmations, then vibrate the rune after the affiirmation 1 time, and repeat that 7 more times, or do I say affirmations 8 times, then vibrate the rune 8 times?I'm a bit confused on how to use them with affirmations.
 
Clearly I'm probably not someone that should post here…"considering recent events" but… I have had success with ALGIZ and MANNAZ in the past! Basically what I did with ALGIZ was clean chakra, raise energy, vibrate ALGIZ breath in gold affirm in head and then when breathing out I would vibrate ALGIZ affirm in head rinse and repeat for a multiplication of the rune which is #15! It helps to make sure that not only you vibrate for a multiplication of the rune's number but also the number of 9!… if but remember only do what your comfortable with! Do become overwhelmed by it! Also after doing vibrations bare in mind in your recovery state you become more vulnerable to the enemy! Which is why it's very important you don't burn your self out when doing this things! I think it goes like this, you inhale while you visualize, and breathe out by chanting the rune. That is one round. You do it 8 rounds, per day. You can do the rune everyday, but pls also don't forget the aura cleaning, aura protection, and void meditation. It really helps. Mental breakdown can be caused by dirty or imbalanced chakras. By cleaning and taking care of it everyday, I promise you will see benefits. I was depressed too, I was thinking about death over and over again, I planned about it, thinking about it over and over again, but then I jumped myself into Satanism and start meditating EVERYDAY and I'm getting better day by day. I wish you all the luck! :)

Or sometimes when you had low self esteem attack, do this meditation, breath in, affirm yourself inhaling positive energy, visualize a bright light entering you, and when you breathe out, affirm you are exhaling toxic that is inside of you (wether it's low self esteem, jealousy, and stuffs), and visualize the toxic get out from your body and vanished, just let them go. Try several times until you feel released

Do breathing exercises as this will increase ur bioelectricity.

Wunjo is the best for banishing depression.

affirm 8 times before you start vibrating, then vibrate Satanas 4 times (this optional) then vibrate the rune Wunjo 88 times, and after each 8th time affirm just once (this is optional too) and after you're done with the 88th vibration, vibrate Satanas 4 times again (still optional) and then your affirmation 8 items. You could also close the working with long AUM.

Do that twice a day ( at noon / midnight or at 06:00 / 18:00 for best results) for 40 days straight, you skip a day means you do the working again from the first day.

Don't start it on void of course moon.

So 8 affirmations = 4 Satanas = 8 Wunjo = 1 affirmation = 8 Wunjo = 1 affirmation = ....... after you've vibrated Wunjo 88 times = 4 Satanas = 8 affirmations = 1 AUM.

This working will dig some nasty shit up, meaning you'll most like feel more depressed in the first couple weeks. Then you'll be happiest healthier than ever.

This working works wonders, it literally works like a "miracle" in how strong and relatively fast it it.

They are learned behaviours and ways of thinking, all because we have to rely on someone else who may or my not exist - i.e. the police individuals who do exist, those who are supposed to "protect us"; or a big, hairy, bearded faerie in the sky who wears a pink tutu who doesn't exist to...protect us...
In short - in the simplest terms, overcoming things is a choice. A piece of simple advice I can give is to just do. Do. Actions are choices. With the knowledge to improve, the choice is there to make.
Do. Overcome. Choose. Let's coin an acronym - DOC (as in doc, doctor) now means Do, Overcome, Choose. Let's coin another acronym - OCD (as in obsessive/compulsive disorder) now means Overcome, Choose, Do.
Those who continue to complain and moan and mope about, etc., are used to that. It is learned behaviour. Don't complain and waste time; instead, do. Do you cry and complain and waste time, or do you do?

@oxarocI don't want to suggest this, so I'll ask it (and anyone could take it as an idea, as well) - due to the point about it uprooting nasty, rotting roots which have been buried down, might it be a good idea to gauge/test it with a single, one-day working, then 2-days, etc., to see what it digs up? For some people, that would be a lot of horrible, nasty crap, so doing it slowly, until the full 40 days is achieved - or perhaps doing it for 1 to 10 days, and after gauging that, maybe deciding to do a full 40-day working - might be good to see what happens, yes?
Of course, that would increase the time in total, but I can't say what horrible things would be uprooted from anyone's Soul with this working. We don't want to overload and overwhelm anyone.
 
The "side effects" aren't that big of a deal, the only reason I mentioned it, is so when someone does this magickal working and feels a bit worse in the first week (more or less), then they would understand that's because of the magickal working actually working and they wouldn't stop it thinking it's not helping but doing the opposite.

This working will do nothing but helps you, no reason to take it slow.
Also, some people might not experience these hung ups.
 
Hmm…? Breathing in ether and/or entering into a deep trance is usually a good way to realise if these thoughts are of your own or another… just sit there drop down into a light trance and just take 7 breaths of ultraviolet light and think tranquility! If these thought… emotions merely evaporate then you know for certain that there not yours to begin with!
