Do you have to do the aura cleaning, aura of protection, and chakra spinning with your eyes open or closed?

That "stay positive" bit...

My only concern is anything a tiny bit shy of "Superduper positive" is consider "negative."

Sometimes, the truth can seem to feel very "negative."

And, at least sometimes, one MUST reverse the polarity and get very, very negative, indeed, if they ever hope to see anything "positive" again.

@livingforSatan, focusing on negativity leads to self-destruction. What you think about and focus on, you become. When you open your 3rd eye, you can instantly discern truth and falsehood. The truth only feels negative when someone is programmed by the enemy and is averse to the truth.

No State is right.  I will add on to that. You should learn to work with Duel Polarities of energy.  At some point you will learn to do this without being effected by it in the least emotionally and learn to control it with a calm and cool head and heart. On the negative, sometimes a destruction ritual is needed before you can enact Creation.  This is fairly basic.
