@ivy thank you for your long and informative answer but honestly, I have none of the symptoms you wrote. In general, I am very healthy and I was exercising daily until this freakin' problem occured so I can't go for running (because if I don't fully empty myself before running, it is not pleasant at all).
I understood that it is the problem I wrote because, before coming accross the information on the Internet, I had, on my own, pondered on what exactly I am feeling and I can't do my work right. And it was this thing exactly. The muscles tighten instead of relaxing. And after I found the information on the Internet it was like a "flash" in my mind; the cause behind it also came easily to my mind; the fucking chair.
I believe if you know your body good enough and if you have an overall healthy lifestyle (diet, working out etc), if something suddenly goes wrong, it won't be so hard to figure what it is, and what caused the problem to occur.

I do apologise for not weighing in on this one sooner, I have been very busy. I've done what I could to even swing this time to get on today so I'll try to make this post count.
Light, I am interested in how you came to the conclusion that your problem is pelvic floor dyssynergia? From what I can gather this condition is usually diagnosed using electrodes which are placed on or near the pelvic floor muscles to measure the contraction of the muscles compared with the patient's sensations..
Either way, I'd like to suggest a few possibilities from a Chinese Medicine perspective (any one of which may or may not encompass this same disorder, just under a different manner of understanding).
Syndromes for which constipation are a part are as follows:
Qi Stagnation (also caused by sitting for long periods/not exercising enough) - constipation is not a main symptom but might occur alongside bloating and general digestive upsets, pain which is general (not in a fixed location) over a broad area and has an aching quality and is usually associated with a lack of exercise, emotional frustration and worry as the general core symptoms and causes. The Qi does not move and thus one has difficulty moving the bowels in this instance. Massage of the abdomen, gentle qi moving foods such as turmeric, basil, mint (small amounts only), horseradish, pepper, cardamom, cumin, fennel, black coffee (no sugar, no milk and only 1 per day to drain and purge the liver qi downwards) and sourdough breads are foods which assist this. Herbal use is dependent upon in which organ the qi stagnation is centered (usually the liver but it can also stagnate in the Lungs and Large Intestine or Stomach to cause this problem.
Fire (the next stage of Qi Stagnation) - Fire bears similar traits to Qi Stagnation with the additional symptom of heat, pain tends toward burning pain and it would be expected that when you do pass stools, they leave a burning sensation in your rectum. Fire also brings a propensity towards explosive emotional outbursts, a strong thirst sensation, often with cravings for very cold water or iced drinks and the face often appears red. Insomnia is also a key feature of fire. I won't suggest too many dietary additions for fire because fire clearing foods must be eaten according to the organ in which the fire is present and only in small, monitored amounts because most of them are very strong herbs which can have ill effects on other body systems as a result of their fire and heat clearing qualities and this is the category most laxatives such as rhubarb root fall into. They ahould be taken with caution and are often prepared with herbs which support digestive energy as they tend to damage it in the process of clearing the fire. One such herb, and I don't recommend anyone take it without consulting someone who knows what they are looking at, is Gypsum Fibrosum... This is the same as the gyprock they use in plasterboard sheets only food grade quality. Fire causes constipation by drying the fluids in the extreme heat leaving the bowels unmoistened - they can be moistened with foods such as bananas and honey and eating smaller meals is another helpful technique to reduce fire as is cutting out alcohol consumption and hot, spicy foods.
Blood Deficiency - This is common in women and manifests as a pale dull complexion, pale lips, tiredness and insomnia, may present with cold limbs (rare but possible), slight thirst and desire to drink room temperature water in small sips, shortness of breath, tendon problems (could also include pelvic floor dyssynergia through inadequate blood nourishment to the tendons around the pelvic floor) and women experience short periods which only last 2-3 days or there is very light flow over 5 days OR a greater number of days between periods, skipped periods and in some cases total amenorrhea (total absence of the period). This is a major tell tale sign and the trick to getting the constipation to end is to nourish the blood which moistens the intestines - Angelica Root is fantastic for this but it can also be done by regularly consuming smaller meals of foods such as cooked whole grains (oats, barley, rice), chicken, Chinese black skin chicken, Bone broths and soups, Black Sesame seeds (these are a herb for this condition), stewed fruits as well as ensuring all meals are cooked and that one drinks enough room temp - warm water daily to nourish the fluid portion of the blood since dryness tends to accompany blood deficiency, be that in the form of a dry mouth or dry and easily broken skin, psoriasis, eczema (non itchy variety) and non itchy dandruff. Ensuring one has adequate levels of iron, Vitamin B complex, zinc and magnesium can also help (tremors, tics and other involuntary muscle spasms can also be a sign of blood deficiency).
The above three are the most common syndromes for which constipation occurs but it can also occur as a part of Qi Deficiency (almost identical to blood deficiency minus the dryness, insomnia, thirst components and the complexion is generally shiny and pale rather than dull - digestive insufficiency is common in both blood and qi deficiency with bloating and poor appetite featuring regularly), Yang Deficiency (equal to qi deficiency but with the added symptom of COLD), Yin Deficiency (which might be mistaken for fire but is more like total dryness, a malar flush on the cheeks against a pale complexion, insomnia, feelings of heat which are worse in the afternoon and scanty dark urine as well as night sweating (including anytime one falls asleep - Yin deficient people tend to feel as though they have lots of energy but have an underlying feeling of total exhaustion which is always there).
The Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency result in constipation because there is not enough vital energy to move the stools and Yin Deficiency is about bowel dryness, similar to blood deficiency but with a slightly different treatment protocol.
One thing which strikes me however is the addition of the feeling of incomplete evacuation (tenesmus) which almost always indicates dampness and damp heat, which are products of Spleen Qi Deficiency or an excessive indulgence in fatty, fried (and hot in the case of Damp heat) foods OR the product of long term Qi stagnation and the resultant poor fluid distribution...
Does any of the above sound like what you are experiencing or are you feeling differently? Blood Stagnation can also cause constipation but since I have already described so much, I might leave it to see how you compare ti what I have already described to save needlessly describing the others as I am short on time presently...
