im really interested in satanism but i've been wondering like how do i know that im a satanist now after doing the ritual and i did not mess it up?

Well... you just are? You should start with the Power meditations etc, just doing the dedication ritual is the first step.

You should also talk to Satan if you would like um.. to be 100% certain... (but you shouldn't have any doubts; unless you were a jew)Satan will give you signs, look out for them.
