Well I communicate with Goddess Hecate via oujia baord and she gave me some info about herself.

Her days are October 30th-November 2nd (traditionally in ancient Greece her festival was August 13th and Aug 16th).

Her candle colors are silver and black

Her stones are all black stones,like jet and onyx,,moonstone

Her animals are the dog and the serpent. However she also love horses and dragons and owls.

Her celestial bodies are the Moon and Pluto

She helps one in all magickal workings, especially black magick. She is a Goddess of True Witchcraft. She is a protector and mother. She is just amazing with amazing attributes. actually been wondering how come she wasn't on the Jos site, as I
believe she was fairly widely worshipped, at least in ancient Greece.
But maybe that is because she didn't appear to any of the Clergy, or
perhaps she requested that her info not be put up on the site. In any
event, the info you report does make sense and is most interesting.

I don't believe Hecate is Queen Astoroth . I know Astoroth is a queen of the moon in some aspects, like the mother, and Artemis, the warrior. Astoroth is also my personal guardian as well. She has always been loving and protective.

Queen Hecate is a dark, SILENT, still, Full Moon kind of Goddess. Her energy is more akin to Lilith, although I do not know of her in that aspect. And Hecate never told me so, either.
