It says to vibrate Amon for the heart meditating on the heart chakra.

It says to vibrate Inanna, Gebo, EA.
And that the traditional chant for this chakra was "yam" or the Tibetan "Yang"

How and why does the name change from the two heart meditations?

Do we say "Amon" OR Inanna, Gebo, or Ea

well different chants do different things to the chakra so doing one chant can make the vibration higher and amon is used for opening the chakra while the others can empower it futher. try out the chants and see what it does to your chakra. good luck
