Well I powerlift so I NEED a high protein diet to build muscle growth and keep up my strength.
I recommend everyone train with weights for strength, eat a balanced diet free of toxins, do running for cardio/endurance/stamina, stretching/yoga for flexibility, and train in mixed martial arts in addition to daily meditations.
I just sent in a post on how Bruce Lee did all these things and practiced qigong in addition to his physical training and strict diet and how this combination of meditation, diet and exercise along with the martial arts he studied made him by far the greatest warrior in history.
However everyone has their own unique style when it comes to combat and training the body and what to focus on.
Some of us like myself have a larger frame and long ass legs and arms and so I train to add muscle mass and strength, I run on the treadmill for endurance, I stretch to build flexibility in my leg muscles (I'd do yoga too if I knew how. I would require detailed instruction but so far just use what my tae kwon do teachers showed me), I do drills to improve lunges, kicking precision and flexibility, punches, knees, elbows, fencing/kendo, boxing, and am constantly trying new things to make a training schedule that is both time effective and potent and of course I meditate every day.
In fact I just did the raum meditation, experimented with it a bit yesterday and today where I added 7 reps to each meditation, 20 raum, 47 Io and 47 Ea, and then 47 suryae in the entire aura.
The 47 suryae made my bio-electricity yesterday go CRAZY and when I woke up today and did the satanama chant my voice nearly shattered the windows!
So I tested the raum meditation again today to see if the extra suryae are what made the difference by doing 80 io, ea and suryae and during the exercise I was sweating bullets, giving off enough heat to make the whole room smolder (or considering the humidity more like stink of scalding sweat -.-) and then while void meditating afterwards I fell asleep for 4 hours because the aftershocks are that strong.
I wake up and now my fingertips are electrocuting me constantly even while typing this.
So yes adding a sun mantra to the whole aura after raum io and ea makes you much stronger as does training the body along with meditation.
And again we all have our own natural talents and style and desires on what we aim to become as warriors and eventually gods.
I focus on turning myself into a muscular behemoth while still retaining flexibility and cardio endurance and training in mixed martial arts and pushing my power meditations to the limit.
Others focus more on cardio or flexibility rather than raw power.
Though I admit while this heart attack grill thing is hilarious it is also fucking disgusting and I can't imagine how anyone would eat that greasy shit and not puke.
I looked at the food this guy was cooking and saw the ocean of grease and damn near wretched because that shit would make anyone sick!
The ownership of this deathtrap being jewish does not surprise me at all either.

Their are many things that are good about eating a diet with lots of vegetables. But vegetarians pollute the environment with large amounts of methane. Vegetarian is a term that is derived from the Cherokee Indians, and means, "poor hunter". Also animals are much easier to kill and you don't have to grow food that ultimately tastes like dirt. Many young women eat meat after failing their vegetarian diets, because they are ashamed of the anorexic look that goes with being a veggie and many wish to loose their veg-inity as a result.
I eat meat and I feel bad for the animals, but I mean.. run faster I guess and stop tasting good. Vegetarians harbor great fears of nutritionists with facts. This girl from my school said she recognized me from the vegetarian club, but I'd never met herbivore. Many vegetarians eat animal crackers.
