Hello everyone, because of the school that has recently started again, sudden changes in temperature and general stress I often find myself having a bad headache. Since I do not want to take medicine every day, would you have a meditation to advise me or give me advice? I would like it very much, I love you.❤️

Hi! In addition to the advice they will give you, my opinion is that meditation in itself is excellent for managing stress. Consider that meditating is time you spend alone with yourself, without focusing on problems, but only on your meditation.

When you meditate it's as if you take a moment all to yourself, a sort of "escape" from the constant stress of an excessively overstimulated society. Since you can take half an hour to meditate, in my opinion something like this is worth much more than very long journeys to reach relaxation destinations such as distant beaches or exotic places. You can actually find within yourself what you seek outside of yourself.

Obviously traveling is a beautiful thing and taking time for yourself is equally beautiful, what I'm saying is not to underestimate that meditation itself is something that cannot be touched by problems and stressful crises.

Do void meditation regularly to have the ability to concentrate on your meditation and you will see that it will be worth it as if it were a break from stress/moment of total relaxation. I don't know if it will solve the headache, but you will definitely be able to feel more of yourself introspectively.

When you are overstimulated, you can consider some relaxation techniques, such as breathing exercises, trance, or similar, to then put yourself in the mental state to meditate. I always do this.

It is for these reasons that I recommend, when it happens, to see meditation as an opportunity to feel good and not to experience it in an anxious way (as some do). Meditation is exactly the opposite of any anxiety or negative sensation: it is precisely a moment in which we can feel good about ourselves, between ourselves, for ourselves.

In addition, on all this, this article will help you a lot with these things:

I would also like to say that Hatha Yoga is DEFINITELY effective in these situations. I think it is really something very useful in this sense. Exactly as the article I linked to you suggests. Hatha Yoga really helps a lot. HPS Lydia has written many Yoga articles, including many explanations of positions for Yoga sessions.

A couple of days ago, I had a huge headache in the morning, and I thought I am going to use a pill for the headache as it was really painful and would interfere with my job if not treated. But the first thing I did in the morning was my morning meditation routine. After cleaning the aura, the headache vanished completely. Maybe this is a coincidence, but I think that cleaning the aura had this nice side effect which ensured I did not need a pill. I believe this to be not coincidental, because there was never a case before that in a couple of minutes I would get rid of the headache. So I would just add that we should do our meditations as consistently as possible, since it appears to positively affect our health, even more than it would be expected. But also this might be because the power meditations we are taught here are much more effective than those diluted and subverted ones from the internet you can find anywhere.
