Hello, I thought I would ask you both here instead of bumping an older topic since you both were the ones who answered me on this problem. Here is the link for context Habits: "Old Dogs, New Tricks" - Defeating Resistance For further context and help here is my routine so far
Meditations & Exercises
-On wake up - Aura Cleaning, Aura of Protection, Void Meditation (3 minutes)
-Yogic Breath (8 rounds) and Chakra Spinning
-Kundalini Yoga (6-10 minute Meditation)
-Perform 6 rounds of Alternate Nostril Breathing
-Third Eye Initial opening meditation 2/3 (soon to perform 3rd day)
-Hatha Yoga (10 minute Meditation)
Before going to sleep - Aura Cleaning, Aura of Protection, Void Meditation (3 minutes)
I am doing lesser reps of the breath of fire poses in KY and spending more time in Hatha Yoga, I am planning on increasing the rounds of ANB but the change to 6 rounds was recent. I am still getting the headache but not from what I had specified in my last post to you both. I get the headache which can range from mild to being outright uncomfortable to deal with from Chakra Spinning and Aura Cleaning, generally anything to do with imagination/visualization. And its always in the center of my head, after some research I've read that its possibly a blocked sixth or crown chakra?
Should I skip the third eye meditation and go straight to doing the crown chakra and work my way down, goin from crown - sixth - third eye?? I am unsure what I should do, it makes it increasingly difficult to any meditation. Even the Gods Rituals are a problem cause the headache makes it close to unbearable for myself personally to be able to effectively meditate on their sigils.
I do not get the headache from the breath of fire poses or the breath like I stated in our last interaction, it only really happens when I'm doing meditations that require visualizing such as AC, AOP and EZ Chakra Spin. Void Meditation becomes more difficult when I do these, more specifically EZ chakra Spin but I always perform that after Void Meditation. But to conclude the headache is affecting my meditation routine as a whole when it hits, I have not increased any of the reps or time apart from Alternate Nostril Breathing and the time spent in poses for Hatha Yoga which I almost completely alleviate when I am doing the handstand pose.
