Have we developed the wrong way?

I mean as far as computers, clothing, weapons, etc. Our Gods wear old style clothing, carry swords, have we as humanity developed the wrong way?

No, it's just that we focused on material technology and we disregarded spirituality, when the Gods have said that a healthy society needs BOTH, BOTH technology and spirituality. There's no wrong way in technological advancement. The details in paintings of our Gods are allegorical, not literal. Same with the animal heads some of the Egyptian Gods have.

After all as HP Don posted the ancients had pretty advanced technology, in some cases it even seems they had nuclear weapons and could construct flying aircrafts.

Our Gods are so spiritually advanced that don't need physical weapons to fight with. They fight astrally/spiritually using their minds and powers of their souls. I do believe some of them appear with swords and other things to show us some of their allegories in reaching Godhood, but they don't really need these swords to fight. They fight spiritually. We humans can fight spiritually the same way once we become spiritually advanced enough.

It's the same with many other situations, when somebody is a God or close to Godhood again they don't need all the material technology because they can do most things using their mind powers. Not only the Gods but enemy greys as well, they drive their UFO's using their mind powers. It still doesn't mean that material technology is bad in any way.
