Hi bros. and sis.

Aside asanas and breathing exercises, hatha yoga teaches some body cleansing thecniches like Shank Prakshalana.

Are those techniches OK? or have been corrupted?

I am interested in Shank Prakshalana, it sound helthy, and I think it could be complemnentary to meditation, but I had rather consult than do something that could jeopardize my advance so far.

I am not 100% sure about Shank Prakshalana. Check with a doctor for the okay.

However stuff like neti cleansings should be avoided.
