Hand chakras

Hey brothers and sisters, I've always had super strong hand chakras and never really thought much of it. I don't even need to go into any sort of meditative state to do the ball exercise. Could someone give me a link or something to do with the hand chakras. I heard it can be very useful to open more chakras. I'm a little "technology challenged" and I can't find anything on JoS.. Thank you all!

Yea same and I can always feel energy running through them, even before I was a Satanist in this life time. We probably opened them and used them a lot in past lives.
