There is also the void meditation that she can do to control her thoughts and not run away with them or her emotions, should these enemy entities (enemies of Satan and Gentile humanity) goad her on by inserting more thoughts and emotions into her.Which they can, and will do, with every shade, flavor and color. Literally. They can tell who is psychic and how much, and attempt to mislead them or direct them away from Satan-Lucifer and the Gods and Goddesses of Hell.

If she hasn't dedicated her soul to Satan-Lucifer as found on the Joy of Satan website, I strongly recommend that she do not do anything other meditations other than these two meditations and links I listed above. She can also clean her aura too; that is in the first link.
Anything beyond these two, if she has NOT dedicated she does not have Satan-Lucifer's protection and may have further harassment, attacks and annoyances (they could be severe, constant, consistent and daily) from the enemy spirits. It would be dangerous to do the meditations on the Joy of Satan site without Satan-Lucifer's protection.
They hate humanity and do not want us to advance. They will also stop at nothing to keep people away from Satan-Lucifer and spiritual Satanism. I do not know what these beings are but they could be projections from the enemy. They are definitely not of Satan-Lucifer. The Powers of Hell do NOT instill fear into spiritual Satanists or those who are considering spiritual Satanism and are Gentile (non-Jew.)
They can do this, make moving and talking projections into one's mind, to see things that they want the person to see.
Only through this way can one be free from the shackles of the blind, sleeping sheep that are the majority of people in the world. Satan-Lucifer and our Guardian Demon(s) give us knowledge, guidance and advice. Some of the main goals of spiritual Satanism is to raise the kundalini serpent, and achieve spiritual and physical perfection, aka immortality.One may also advance themselves, do spiritual warfare, and better themselves and their world.
