Getting back into perfect sleep patern and start doing RTR's like be

Hi... So umm...
I was wondering if any of you guys know how to get back into perfect sleep patern and start doing RTR's again?

I haven't slept in night time (only in day time) for like 3 or 4 weeks now... And it's bothering me....
This all started when I began Lydia's ritual for getting rid of emotional damage, etc. Could this be connected?
I try to meditate early, like I say I'll meditate now! And then I get distracted and end up doing my meditations at like 3 am or earlier or later....

About RTR's, since I explained a little bit of my situation upwards, I'm gonna add up to it about RTR's.
So.. I get distracted by something useless and end up doing little to no RTR's... This started at around 2-3 weeks ago... So yeah... I tried asking my Incubus to help me.. He did help me... But I got distracted... AGAIN... I then asked my soul to help me, she agreed... But the same thing happened again...

Just to let you know, no, I do not think I'll get distracted if I do RTR's, it just... Happens...

Is there any ritual or meditation that would help me get back into rhythm again?
Please?

Is there a typo in your message? You "asked my soul to help me, she agreed"? I do not think you are suffering from delusional fantasies to where you see your soul as a separate being. If you are, then congratulations you found the problem.

You can use the rune NAUTHIZ to make yourself more consistent. You can use an affirmation like," The energies of the Nauthiz Rune are making me consistent to all my spiritual assets in a positive way for me"


Meditation should be a fun activity you enjoy and look forward to. Meditation and yoga should not be a drag that you have to bash yourself into doing. Find meditations you enjoy and explore other spiritual activities. There are zillions of kundalini yoga routines out there and many hatha yoga asanas not on the Joy of Satan website. You can build your own routines. There are breathing exercises, Falun Gong, and many other forms of spiritual empowerment. You can also use positive affirmations like, "In a positive manner for me, meditation is fun and easy."

I know my soul is me, but it's a higher consciousness I'm still working on to connect to and that's why I refer to it as not me.... I know, this makes zero sense...

Anyways, thank you so much for this! I forgot about it this meditation.
 
Well seems im not the only one with that kind of problem.. But its just that. I finally go to sleep and do everything on time for about 4 days and then somehow it gets fcked up again by something like eating dinner late or staying up reading interesting stuff that I want to know more about an occasional movie etc..

But to me its not something that happened as of late its been going on much longer.

Aside from that I do have people to deal with that they dont find out some of the meditations that ive been doing. .. But there is not really any ideal place around here that I could go to be alone meditate and such.

Anyway will keep an eye on this post.

@donotfearthetruth666Haha, I used to do that aswell! I'm "connected" to a degree where I stopped doing it, but it's nice to hear I was not the only one.
