Hello. Do you think it's possible for someone's gender to change during reincarnation? I feel like I was a man in my previous life because I've never felt feminine and I read that Gods punish men who mistreat women by sending them back to Earth as women so they can learn to treat women properly. Is that true?I don't believe in any modern ideologies about gender and just want to know. I have no issues with my gender.

No, gender stays the same.
I've never felt feminine
Archetypally feminine features are not preconditions of being a woman, such as hyper-feminized prosody of Korean and Indian women where they use the daily language melodically by shifting their voice to match what their culture defines as feminine would be a caricature of women, like pick-me behavior, in English.
These are social and cultural things. How you speak, walk, dress, stand, sit, eat can be feminine, which is fine, and can be not feminine, which is also fine. Being a woman is not these, precisely why it cannot be replicated by these.

This is the targeted message.
The soul itself determines your gender, and it will correspond to the gender of your physical body throughout all lifetimes. Remember that there is sizable distance between what gender is and the stereotypes that society places upon each gender respectively. Having masculine qualities or presentation is nothing to be ashamed of and it doesn't make you any 'less' of a woman.

What types of personality traits you have, what topics you are interested in, what hobbies you practice, how you like to have your hair and clothes. All of these things are not related to gender. All of these are individual preferences that people have. Many people look at one preference like hairstyle or hobbies and try to relate this to male or female. But these are entirely unrelated to gender, and the cultural ideas about certain traits like these are not the same everywhere in all places or all times. Different cultures have ideas about what is common, but that does not mean that it is some necessary thing.
In my country, it has been common for a long time for men to have short hair and women have long hair. I am a man, and I like to have long hair, and I like women who have medium or short hair. If you look to an older time where my ancestors lived, most men then had long hair and women often had their hair covered. Everything like this is just preferences that change over time in a culture just like how common clothes styles are always changing.
It is good for you to care more about yourself and what you actually want. Don't go against what you want just because some other people have different preferences. But not having the same preferences as somebody else in every specific way does not mean that you are not a woman. I used hair as an example, but everything else like interests and hobbies is the same situation.

The gender does not change, the gender remains the same.:
If you were a woman, you will be reincarnated as a woman.
If you were a man, you will be reincarnated as a man.
«You will find on the left of the halls of Hades a spring, and standing by it a white cypress. Do not approach this spring at all. You will find another, from the Lake of Memory, with cold water flowing from it. Guardians stand before it. Say: 'I am a child of Earth and starry Heaven, but my race is of Heaven alone. You know this yourselves. I am parched with thirst and am perishing. Give me quickly the cold water flowing from the Lake of Memory.' And they will give you to drink from the sacred spring, and after that you will reign among the other heroes» - From the Petelia Tablet (300-200 BCE)

As others have said, no, your gender stays the same through lifetimes.
I read that Gods punish men who mistreat women by sending them back to Earth as women so they can learn to treat women properly. Is that true?
No. Though previous lifetimes are not irrelevant (like to the specifics of your natal chart), the Gods do not put you in an incarnation to "punish you". Even if you knew for absolute certain you had mistreated a woman in a previous lifetime (unlikely), this lifetime is its own thing, with its own consequences and rewards.
To again echo what others have said, there's nothing wrong with being a woman who is more masculine than others, be it through appearance or interests. Be the best version of yourself, as opposed to the best version of someone else or a societal template.
