This was shown to me by Bastet. This is not for beginners. This meditation produces a-lot of energy and greatly stimulates the 7th/Crown chakra. It is important to take it slow. The effects might not be felt right away. Do as little as 1 to 3 rounds. This is serious! Do not play around with this! Bastet wanted this to be very clear. The full chakra meditation for the 7th/Crown chakra is different than the other ones. This is because the 7th/Crown chakra does not have back and front extensions.

-The Meditation-

Part 1:

1) Trance yourself. Go to the point were you cannot feel your body. This should feel like a numbing sensation.

2) Focus your attention on your 7th/Crown chakra. Feel it's current energy. Feel it's energy shinning brightly. It is important to focus on feeling it rather than visualizing it.

3) Focus your attention on your 8th chakra. This chakra is located above your head. Visualize it as a golden ball. Focus on feeling your 8th chakra for a few minutes. Again, you must feel it's current energy and feel it's energy shinning brightly. It is important to focus on feeling it rather than visualizing it.

4) Focus your attention on your 9th chakra. This chakra is located above your 8th chakra. Visualize it as a silver ball. Focus on feeling your 9th chakra for a few minutes. As above, you must feel it's current energy and feel it's energy shinning brightly. It is
important to focus on feeling it rather than visualizing it.

5) Focus your attention on your 10th chakra. This chakra is located above your 9thth chakra. Now the color of this chakra is not listed on the page about them from the JoS website (link below). I just visualize it as a golden ball. At this point, one who is sensitive to energy already knows how strong the effects are going to be :) Focus on feeling your 10th chakra for a few minutes. as above, you must feel it's current energy and feel it's energy shinning brightly. It is important to focus on feeling it rather than visualizing it.

6) Focus on your 11th chakra which is the fourth and last chakra above your head. I visualize it as a silver ball. The 11th chakra is above the 10th chakra. Focus on feeling your 11th chakra for a few minutes. As above, you must feel it's current energy and feel it's energy shinning brightly.

7) Point your 11th chakra downwards. Visualize it as a silver colored pyramid pointing down.

Part 2:

1) Breathe in white-gold colored energy into your 11th chakra for a count of 2 visualizing it turning into a SUPER BRIGHT white-gold colored star which is pointed down.

2)Hold your breath for a count of 2.

3) Exhale for a count of 5 while visualizing white-gold colored energy going down through the 10th, 9th and 8th chakras entering into your 7th chakra. Do not hold your breath after the exhale.

4) Visualize your 7th chakra brightening up extremely.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Doing Part 1 and Part 2 should be done one after the other. This is one round. Do 1 to 3 rounds. As I said above, the effects might not come right away.

Oops I've only done it once, I forgot to yesterday. I felt the effects more than with the normal meditation for the Crown. More blissful, but not much more, but that's probably since I did it shortly before going to bed. And I can't remember if I noticed any lingering effects the next day, sorry. I'm just answering so you get a reply :)

Hail Father Satan!

Lydia, no need to apologize. Thank you for posting your experience. The result of this meditation depends on how long you focus on each chakra that is above your head and the amount of time you take to feel the Crown chakra at the end. The longer you feeling the 4 chakras above the head and the Crown chakra, the stronger the result would be. Also the effects depend on the amount of rounds you do. More rounds equals more energy.

I was just told that you should vibrate "Marduk" at the end of this exercise. The meditation that I posted is more like a breathing technique.

That's good. When I did this, I did 7 rounds and I felt so much pressure in my Crown chakra that I actually got scared but at the same time it felt good. It's hard to explain this pressure. It lasted for 20 minutes of non-stop pressure. I like to take things to the extreme with meditations but this was too much.

Doing Part 1 and Part 2 should be done one after the other. This is one round. Do 1 to 3 rounds. As I said above, the effects might not come right away.
