I understand wanting to change your life as quickly as possible but some things take time to build up to. You have to learn to crawl before you can walk.
If you want to continue your working either decrease the number of vibrations or do a grounding meditation afterwards or both.
Vibrate AUM for 5 minutes
Vibrate SATANAMA for 10 minutes
Practice hatha yoga at the end of your session
I'm vibrating Munaka 20x then affirmation.
Should I vibrate AUM,satanama and hatha after vibrating munka?
