I started freeing of soul 8 days ago from negative karma. What bothers me is that I'm feeling drained and always want to sleep. Also whenever I sleep i'm not feeling that I'm sleeping. Please help.

What exactly are you doing? If you're new and trying to vibrate large amounts of mantras you're probably going to get burnt out. I know this from experience as many other members do. I understand wanting to change your life as quickly as possible but some things take time to build up to. You have to learn to crawl before you can walk.

If you want to continue your working either decrease the number of vibrations or do a grounding meditation afterwards or both.

Vibrate AUM for 5 minutes
Vibrate SATANAMA for 10 minutes
Practice hatha yoga at the end of your session

Hey there, was this happening prior to the working, is that a specific issue you’re wanting to work on? OR... are you feeling drained from the working?

If you suspect it is from the working, it’s possible your output is greater than your input. Try inhaling and focusing on bringing energy in externally to add to the working, or take in energy from the sun. Sitting in the sunlight can help with visualization.

If it was going on beforehand, the physical cause could be endless. If you wanted a working for the problem though, in general the sun square would be good. Looking at your birth chart and seeing which planets are being transited by Saturn or which planets are aspected by Saturn in your birth chart could give you more guidance on which areas to work on.

I'm vibrating Munaka 20x then affirmation.

Should I vibrate AUM,satanama and hatha after vibrating munka?

You could try a working for raising energy first if your not or just decrease the vibrations. Sounds like your doing to much. When I am I start to feel drained and weird and the energies of what I am doing feel diluted. Not feeling like you can sleep or sleeping means your overstimulated. Either cut down on vibrations or do it later when you have more power. If your feeling drained like that it means your energy is probably diluted on it and it’s probably is not having much of an effect anyways especially if your just starting out so not worth the hassle of draining yourself.

Ah ok like others stated you should try raising more energy. SATANAS contains all 5 elements I recommend using that 8x.
