For all those new and in pain!

Ok so there's a lot of confusioning going around… and something's you gotta just stand back and tack it with a grain of salt! People even on here can get it wrong… or blow things out of proportion!… but there are a few things I've picked up that are of use… the gods can't here you unless you say there names out loud! If things are getting out of control… you could be under attack by a grey… as I have just learnt… l just almost killed myself… but as I sat down to take a quick break before doing the banishing ritual I decided to say out loud… "Satan am I under attack?" And I felt a warm glow surrounding me before it all stopped for a few minutes… even now half an hour after things have slowed down!… also I have in fact had others intercept attempt at contacting the gods! And they were damn good at mimicking them too! And remember the gods are indeed busy! And they do not watch us! They give us privacy! They are unaware when we are under attack… and sometimes the enemy interferes with our attempts to contact them… you know like when they are attacking!
