Focusing while aura cleaning

When i clean my aura should I focus on my aura, or on my body or on both? Im asking this cause I dont know if i clean aura correctly.

By definition, if you clean the aura, you focus only on the aura.

I clean both, my aura, as well as my body.
You should actually *feel* it, it might also feel kinda warm/hot, but after a cleaning session you should feel the effects. (Feeling cleaner)
