I clean my aura from third person's view. Is it possible to clean it from first person's view? If yes, how to do it?

I recommend starting from a sense of feeling (as much as possible) if visualisation is difficult for you. As you advance you should be able to feel and sense the aura around your body and within your soul, from your personal vantage point (first person perspective). Working your way through the Awareness mediations will help you immensely with developing this and being "more in your body" and soul.
When starting out, it can be helpful to do Aura Cleaning using the Sun's energy (outside, in the sunshine) for a few minutes a day (3 to 5 minutes) the sunshine touching your person feels very glow-y and light and will help you develop a feel for your aura being directly on your person.

I think this is personal. I visualize outside of myself (third person), but I have noticed that it can be helpful to try first person, too. For example, I notice that first person allows me to feel energy more, but third person provides greater detail from outside in. Therefore, combining these two perspectives may be ideal.

However, this is exactly why I prefer an overall perspective, so I can see and feel. This may sound strange, but you can have these two perspectives simultaneously.
Do whatever you think is best for you. My way may not be optimal for you, for example.
