Meditations First day of meditation!

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator1 min to read

Greetings to everyone!

Thank you all. Today, I completed the first part of the Basic Meditation Program. I spent about 40 minutes meditating, and I didn't want to leave the astral realm. I feel a wonderful sense of peace and lightness, but there were also a few things I struggled with.

  1. Is it normal that I couldn't keep all the chakra triangles spinning at the same time? What I mean is that when I finished spinning the red chakra and moved on to the next one, the previous chakras would disappear or stop spinning.

  2. Was it a problem that I paused between each meditation and went to my computer to check the instructions for the next step?

  3. I also struggled with the visualization stage. How exactly should I visualize myself? Should I imagine myself standing on a cliff surrounded by clouds? Should I visualize myself from a third-person perspective?

Thank you all in advance!

This is the targeted message.
  1. That is very normal at the beginning, in time you will be able to visualize all Chakras together spinning. Do not worry, take your time.

  2. At the beginning it is not a problem, you will memorize the procedures. You could see them in your phone, near where you meditate, instead of the computer. Later, you will be able to memorize all the Meditations and to perform them without interruptions, perhaps in a Trance state.

  3. Imagine a zoom on your Chakras. Close your eyes and imagine your focus going to your chakras, as if it is a zoom effect. You can try other methods and verifiy which is better for you.

Congratulations for your first day!

Amazing job, Congratulations!

I'm still learning, the same way as you do, the same way as we all do.
